I am happy to debut the logo for a new salon/jewelry store in Guntersville, Alabama by Wendy and Bubba, previously of CW Cuts in Lewisburg. With a clever name of “Curls & Pearls” and a tag line of “Together We’re Better,” this was a great place to start.
So when coming up with ideas for the logo, I focused on, of course… curls and pearls. Beginning with five logo compositions, narrowing that to one, and revising… this is what we came up with!
The roundness of the whole piece is representative of the pearl shape. It is also a minimalistic face profile, with the swirl shape being the “curl” and the knock-out dot being the “pearl.” Simple and chic. Paired with a curly font, this softens the look as a whole.
